We have built our reputation on satisfying our customers. If you are not happy with the product that you have received please return it. No questions asked. TuxedoExpo.com has gained its consumer support based on service, selection, and quality at valued prices. We want to make sure that we do things that are correct to keep us steps ahead of the competition. When E-mailing us at returns@TuxedoExpo.com with your return request we ask you to kindly tell us what the issue is (not required). This way we can correct these matters from reoccuring when future customers purchase our merchandise. THANK YOU!
Money Back Assurance Policy-45 Days
45 days is a long time to think things over. At TuxedoExpo.com we don't want to rush you into making quick decisions. The tuxedo along with the accessories you have purchased will give you pleasure for many years to come. If within 45 days of purchasing your merchandise you are not thrilled with your new formal wear please return. It's that simple.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please E-mail us at returns@TuxedoExpo.com. We will send you instructions and a Return Authorization # (RA#) to return or exchange the goods. $10.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling on returns with no exchange being made. If you are making an exchange, however, standard shipping is on us. We will charge you for the new merchandise on an even exchange and will credit you once we receive the "old" merchandise. All monies refunded will be in the form of the original payment.
